I have worked in sales and marketing for over 30 years, starting in my parents’ shop and later leading award-winning sales teams and securing multi-million-pound contracts in corporate recruitment.

In 2018, I stepped away from that high-pressure world to build a business aligned with my values. I started my consultancy at 48, with a clear intention to work in a calmer, more sustainable way and to help others do the same.

Since then, I have supported over 150 small businesses to bring more clarity, confidence, and structure to their sales and marketing. My focus is always on practical foundations, not pressure or performance for its own sake.

In recent years, I have become increasingly interested in steadiness over urgency and clarity over noise. That thinking shapes how I work with clients and how I run my own business.

I believe success is not just about results. It is about building a business that supports your life, not the other way around.
